Shipping conditions

For deliveries to Germany, shipping costs of €4.99 will be charged for orders with a value of less than €50. For orders with a value of more than €50, shipping to Germany is free of charge.

Deliveries within Germany are usually made within 2-3 working days. Delivery times to other European countries may vary. We endeavour to send your order in one package wherever possible. If separate shipments are necessary for technical or logistical reasons, you will not incur any additional costs.

Delivery is usually made within the delivery period specified above by a logistics service provider of our choice to the delivery address you have specified.

Did you know?

As soon as the goods are dispatched, we will send you a tracking code, if possible, which you can use to check the status of your delivery online at any time.

The goods remain the property of PURMEO GmbH until full payment has been received.

Returns

If you change your mind, returning your order is easy. Simply contact our customer service team on our service number to request a return label, which you can print out and stick on the parcel – at no extra cost to you, of course.

Please use the return label provided by customer service for the return shipment if possible. We cannot accept shipments that are returned carriage forward. We ask for your understanding in this matter.

If possible, return the item complete and in its original packaging. Please obtain proof of return shipment.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been manufactured according to customer specifications, are clearly tailored to personal needs, are not suitable for return due to their nature, can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be exceeded.

Customers who have paid in advance should enclose their bank details for the refund of the purchase price with the parcel.
