Product safety and counterfeit protection with PURMEO Verification-Guard.
The safety of our PURMEO® customers and the impeccable quality of our products are our highest priorities. For this reason, we provide you with the "PURMEO® Verification-Guard" system, a highly secure online verification system to check the authenticity of your products.
Please scan the QR code on the folding box or can and then enter your individual security code. Our Verification-Guard system checks in real time whether it is a genuine PURMEO product.
A PURMEO product is only considered genuine if
- an original authentication sticker is applied to selected PURMEO® products and
- the verification system confirms the product is authentic.
Should the verification be unsuccessful or should there be any uncertainties, please contact PURMEO® customer service immediately online (preferably by email).

How to verify your product
Carefully peel off the top layer of the QR code on the packaging.
Scan the QR code on the product with your phone camera or another QR code scanner.
You will be redirected to our page "PURMEO® Verification Guard". Your individual product code will be filled in automatically.
Please enter the PIN that became visible after peeling off the top layer above the QR code.
The PURMEO® Verification Guard now checks whether you are holding an authentic PURMEO® original product made in Germany.
