Why can't I find information about the mode of action and the area of application for many products?
A few years ago, the EU Health Claims Regulation came into effect, which prohibits manufacturers of dietary supplements, with few exceptions, from making health-related claims. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot explicitly address the numerous positive properties of the individual products and their ingredients. We strongly advise you to inform yourself on reputable and independent sites about the products and the effects of the processed ingredients. Other professionals, such as doctors, are not subject to this regulation and can usually provide you with more in-depth advice.
Who develops your products?
Our products are developed by a qualified team of nutrition scientists and always comply with the latest scientific findings in their composition and dosage. Care is also taken to address the needs and quality demands of our customers.
Where are your products produced?
Our products are manufactured exclusively in Germany in a highly specialized production. The production is HACCP, IFS, ISO certified and meets the latest technical standards.
How long do your products last?
Our products usually have a shelf life of between 24 and 30 months. During this time, you should only ensure that they are stored dry, cool, and protected from light. However, refrigeration is not necessary. Of course, we also considered the use of glass jars, but ultimately decided against it due to the increased energy consumption and the associated higher emissions during production and transport. The increased risk of breakage also contributed to this decision.
What are your packages made of?
Our products are filled in BPA-free PET containers and do not come into contact with aluminum. After use, they can be conveniently recycled by disposing of them in the yellow recycling bag.
Of course, we also considered the use of glass jars, but ultimately decided against it due to the increased energy consumption and the associated higher emissions during production and transport. The increased risk of breakage also contributed to this decision.
Which ingredients are contained in the products?
Our products contain exclusively carefully selected, high-quality raw materials. You can always find the exact composition transparently on the label and the product page.
Are the products free from gluten, lactose, and other allergens?
Yes, most products are free from gluten, lactose, and common allergens. You can find details in the product information.
Are the products vegan or vegetarian?
Most of our products are vegetarian or even vegan. Products containing ingredients of animal origin, such as our TGN fish oil, are of course not vegetarian.However, sustainability and animal welfare are particularly important to us, which is why we select our raw materials and suppliers with great care.
Are the products tested for pollutants, heavy metals, and pesticides?
Yes, every batch of our products is tested by independent laboratories for purity, contaminants, and residues.
What is the difference between natural and synthetic vitamins?
Natural vitamins come from plant or animal sources, synthetic ones are chemically produced. Both can be effective – however, we prefer natural raw materials whenever possible.
Which capsule shells are used (e.g., gelatin or HPMC)?
We predominantly use plant-based HPMC capsules, so our products are suitable for vegans. If the capsule shells consist of gelatin because it is not otherwise possible from a production standpoint, we indicate this in the ingredient list

What is hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC)?
It is a natural raw material from which the plant-based capsule shells are made that we use for encapsulating our products. Cellulose is mostly obtained from wood.
Do you use auxiliaries, such as fillers?
Our claim is to obtain all our products as naturally as possible and to avoid additives. We can easily guarantee this for almost all products. However, there are a few exceptions, such as our Vitamin D3 + K2 tablets, where a carrier substance is necessary to stabilize the tablets in their typical form. Here we preferably use excipients from natural sources.
Where can I find the best-before date (BBD)?
You can find the best before date on the label or the bottom of the can.
When is the best time of day to take it?
For better tolerance and optimal absorption, we recommend taking many products with a meal containing some fat. Many vitamins and nutrients are absorbed optimally this way.

Can I take multiple products at the same time?
Yes, most products can be combined. However, pay attention to the recommended daily dose and consult your doctor if you are uncertain.
May I open the capsules if I have difficulty swallowing?
Yes, most capsules can be opened and the contents taken with water or juice.

What dosage is right for me?
Stick to the recommended consumption amount on the packaging. For individual needs or existing conditions, consult your doctor.
How long should I take a product to feel an effect?
As a rule, dietary supplements show their effect after 4–12 weeks of regular intake.
Can overdoses occur?
Yes, especially with fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) and minerals. Please do not exceed the specified daily dose.
Are your products safe?
The safety of our products and your satisfaction are our top priorities. To ensure this, we have all our raw materials and products tested and examined by independent laboratories based in Germany. This way, it can be proven that no unwanted or health-critical substances are contained in our products.
Are there interactions with medications (e.g., blood thinners)?
Yes, certain nutrients can interact with medications. Discuss the intake in such cases with your doctor.
Why are some nutrients dosed so high that a daily dose provides more than 100% of the recommended daily intake?
Many customers use our products to compensate for a nutrient deficiency. In addition, there are some nutrients that, despite good bioavailability, cannot be fully absorbed by the body, which is why a higher dosage makes sense. We work closely with experts in nutritional science and have all dosage recommendations reviewed by several independent bodies. This ensures that taking our dietary supplements is safe and harmless even at first glance high dosages.
Are your products suitable for long-term use?
Yes, our products are designed for long-term use. They consist of high-quality, bioavailable nutrients that your body can optimally absorb. Our formulations are based on scientific findings and contain no unnecessary additives. Since the vitamins, minerals, and plant extracts in our products are essential nutrients, they can support your well-being permanently – ideally tailored to a health-conscious lifestyle.

Are the products suitable for children?
In Germany, our products are approved for adults aged 18 and over. In many other countries, including Austria and Switzerland, many of our dietary supplements are already approved for children from 6 years old.
However, the nutritional needs of children differ from those of adults, which is why dosages specifically tailored to children are especially important. If you are looking for a suitable supplement for your child, we recommend discussing this with a pediatrician.

I am currently pregnant or breastfeeding. Can I still take your products?
In pregnant and breastfeeding women, the need for certain nutrients is naturally sometimes significantly higher compared to an average adult. Supplements can help meet the increased nutrient requirements. However, intake should only be done after consulting a doctor. Only they know your individual situation, your blood values, and they know which other medications and preparations you are already taking. If they approve the intake, then our products can be used without concern during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
How long does the shipping take?
In Germany, the delivery time is usually 2–3 working days.

Which shipping service providers are used?
We mainly work with DHL, occasionally also with other parcel services.
Can I cancel or change an order?
As long as the order has not yet been shipped, cancellation or changes are possible. Please contact customer service as soon as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
After receipt and inspection of the return, the refund is usually processed within a few days.
